MEET KIM

For over 20 years, I have been motivated by a passion to positively impact the lives of others. As a speaker, author and leadership coach, I have the privilege of helping others to overcome difficult circumstances and walk in confidence as they live their lives on purpose.

I believe that it is only when we're living in the truth of who we were created to be, that we can experience genuine fulfillment, lasting peace and real success. Therefore, it has become my mission to help others embrace their unique value and identity, expand their vision and navigate the roadblocks that prevent them from experiencing the fullness of life. Seeing others succeed is what fulfills me the most!

In the late 1990’s, I was part of a mentoring program USA Gymnastics had started for the Women’s National Team. Among the former US National Team members dating as far back as the 1960’s, I was the only African-American in the room. I was asked to share my personal story and the entire room stared at me in disbelief.
